The speaker for the session is Mr. Swarnendu Chatterjee. He is currently serving as Managing Associate at L&L Partners and is a practicing Advocate-on-Record in Supreme Court of India. He appears as a Counsel before NCLT, NCLAT, HCs (Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Allahabad, Calcutta) and Supreme Court.
The session will be marked by an engaging discussion on recent changes in Insolvency law and allied areas.
