National Webinar on Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) (Amendment) Bill, 2020

 

The Centre for Public Health Law, National Law University Odisha, Cuttack in collaboration with The Union is organising a National Webinar on  “Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) (Amendment)Bill, 2020. The draft bill is in public domain as a part of pre legislative consultations. The Webinar proposes to serve as a platform to critically brainstorm the provisions of the draft Bill with experts from public health, civil society, legal academia and judiciary.
