NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY ODISHA ORGANISES ITS NATIONAL SPORTS FEST VIRAJ ’19

The National Law University Odisha, Cuttack organised a 3 day Sports fest VIRAJ and VIRAJ for specially abled from 15-17th March. The Viraj for Specially abled was conducted for the first time by National Law University Odisha and has witnessed the presence of participants from different parts of the country. In its 4th edition, the Sport themed festival saw participation from over 20 colleges across India. The fest included sporting events like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Athletics etc. wherein more than 700 students participated. The overall best trophy was bagged by the DSNLU, Vishakhapatnam. VIRAJ for specially abled witnessed the presence of students from NGOs all across Odisha who participated in the sporting events like Cricket, Carom, Chess and Athletics. The specially abled state cricket team of Odisha has also participated in the fest. The fest was closed with the closing ceremony on March 17, 2019.
