N O T I C E
Ms. Sudatta Barik (NLUO/Ph.D/2014/08) has submitted her Ph.D thesis in Law to the National Law University Odisha, Cuttack on 4th November 2020. The thesis entitled “An analysis on the role of investigation agencies and the Government to prevent corporate frauds in India: A case study on Satyam and PNB scandal” has been evaluated and approved by the external examiners. The Public Defence and Viva-Voce examination of the thesis would be conducted online on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 10.00 AM.
The Public Defence and Viva-Voce examination would be conducted before a Panel of internal & external examiners, faculty members and research scholars. All faculty members and research scholars are requested to be present for the public defence and Viva-Voce examination.
