The Centre for Corporate Law, NLUO is delighted to inform you that Mr. Mukesh Gautam (Director at Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP) will be delivering lectures on the theme “Effective Corporate Governance for Continual Growth” as the third segment of our Guest Lecture Series. In this regard, we hereby extend a cordial invitation to you all.

About the Speaker

Mr. Mukesh is a Director - Internal Audit at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP and a Trainer on Governance, Ethics, and Risk and Compliance and Fraud. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner with over 20 years of professional experience, which includes Internal Audit, Risk Management and Financial Transformation among many others. He has incredible insights to offer in his areas of expertise.

3A. Values, ethics and corporate governance: 1.5 hours (October 8, 2021: 5.30 to 7 pm)

3B. Business processes and payment transactions: 1 hour (October 9, 2021: 5-6 pm)

3C. Vendor risk management: 1 hour (October 14, 2021: 5.30 to 6.30 pm)

3D. Enterprise risk management: 1 hour (October 16, 2021: 10-11 am)

 

For better engagement, CCL has decided to float in advance, relevant reading material to the registered students. The purpose of floating such material is to apprise the students with the basics of the subject/topic to be discussed. This would help them to come up with more engaging discussions during the lecture.
