Centre for Corporate Law, NLUO has successfully conducted their Guest Lecture series with Mr Mukesh Gupta. The lecture spread out over four days on the broad theme of "Effective Corporate Governance for continual growth" covering nuances of values, ethics and corporate governance; business processes and payment transaction; vendor risk management; enterprise risk management.

Mr Gupta has over 20 years of professional experience as a chartered accountant and a certified fraud examiner. Sir is a trainer on Corporate Governance, ethics and fraud. He had valuable insights to offer in his areas of expertise consisting of Internal Audit, Risk Management among many others.

The sessions were successfully moderated by Ms. Shachi Gambhir, Ms. Soujanya Ramaswamy and Ms. Varuni Agarwal.
