The Health and Wellness Committee is pleased to announce its collaboration with ANUBHAV: The Positive Psychology Clinic on a Continuation Program on Positive Mental Health.
ANUBHAV is a renowned organization providing excellent support in the field of mental health, counselling, training and capacity building for the past 25 years, all over India and abroad. The organization consists of a team well-experienced in workshops, driven by their goal of facilitating better mental health among individuals.
This program will act as a continuation to the Trauma and Stress Management workshop which was held in March, 2022 at the campus. This two-day program will seek to reach out to the students at a personal as well as a group level to address their issues and difficulties and help provide the needed psychological support. The workshop will also deal with the sensitive issue of self-harm and its effect on positive mental wellbeing and will attempt to help the students tackle this issue.
