The interactive session with Advocate Pankaj Sinha is being held physically at the National Law University Campus at 4 pm of 4th August 2022 (Thursday).

 

Profile of the guest:

• Advocate Pankaj Sinha is one of the most prominent Disability Rights lawyers in India.
• He is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India.
• He has represented the International Jurist Organisation (IJO) in the UN Department of Public Information 58th Annual DPI / NGO Conference in 2005.
• He has also represented IJO in the annual meeting of Academic Council United Nations System (ACUNS), 2005.
• He has also been a Panelist in a Conference held in Berlin, Germany on “Borders, Otherness and Public Law”.
• He has been associated with an NGO named “PACE’’ which is actively contributing in the field of education and health.
• He has also edited a book named “Indian Laws Protecting Children '' based on juveniles published by the Human Rights Law Network (HRLN).

 

Details of the Session:

It will be an hour-long session. The session will be held physically where students of the University will get to interact with Senior Advocate Pankaj Sinha. The students will get a special opportunity to ask questions and learn from the guest about his various experiences and challenges in the legal field.
