Mr. Navin Chawla in NLUO
Mr. Navin Chawla, former Chief Election Commissioner of India delivered a lecture on Electoral Reforms in India on 6th December 2010 as part of the Extension Lecture Series Organised by the University. He entertained several questions from students and discussed at length particularly the social dimensions of making the act of voting compulsory for all eligible voters.
