Justice A.K.Pattnaik in NLUO
Hon'ble Justice A.K.Pattnaik, Esteemed Judge of the Supreme Court delivered a lecture on Compensation to Victims of Crimes and Rehabilitation of Convicts after Rehabilitation. The lecture organized on 10th October 2010 was delivered as part of NLUO's Extension Lecture Series. In his lecture, Justice A.K. Pattnaik spoke in great detail about the constitution dimensions of the issue and stressed on the obligation of all the three organs of the state.
