An astute academician, he has more than thirty-eight years of teaching experience in the subject of Economics, Human Resources and other allied subjects in management including Social Science in Utkal University and visiting professor to IIT, Kharagpur, Professor and Head Co-ordinator UGC-DSA programme and Members of State Finance Commission and National Council. He has published more than 50 research articles in National/International journals. He has also edited many books of Indian repute and produced 37 Ph.D. and M.Phils.
