Assistant Professor of Management
Arjyalopa graduated in Sociology securing the First Position from Ravenshaw University. Subsequently she completed her Masters in Sociology from University of Hyderabad with Merit. Her interest in corporate, business and society prompted her to further pursue her Management degree from Utkal University. Currently, she is pursuing her M.Phil from Utkal University.
Her concern for society related issues made her research and present papers at various state and national level conferences. She has also written articles in leading newspapers and magazines like the Hindu, Indian Express, The Telegraph, Frontline, India Today. Her current research area is focused on Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
Apart from academics, she is a professional Odissi dancer who has been a student of Late. Padmashree Sanjukta Panigrahi. She was an active member of the Hidden Talent performing arts group and was a prolific participant in numerous stage shows all across the country. Coupled with her superior dancing skills, she also performed as a television anchor for Doordarshan and other channels.

Participated the Doctoral Summer School, A Research Methodology Workshop at Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB) held during 06th to 11th June, 2011
Attended the National Seminar on the theme "The Art and Science of Developing Leaders" organized by the Bimtech Birla Institute of Management and Technology representing NHRDN Bhubaneswar chapter on 12th December 2011
Presented a paper titled "Creating Shared Value: A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative" at the National Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility: NCCSR Issues in the Implementation jointly organized by XIMB and TISS, 9th -11th February 2012
Presented a paper titled "Land Acquisitions Issues a Corporate Governance Perspective" at the International Conference on Resettlement and Rehabilitation at XIMB jointly organized by XIMB, TISS, Mumbai and XLRI, Jamshedpur.
