Kuntirani is presently pursuing her doctoral degree from Sambalpur University in Criminal Law under the title “Legal Imperatives Of Honour Killing In The Criminal Justice Administration In India- A Socio-Legal Study”. Kuntirani completed her LL.M from Sambalpur University in 2012. Her area of specialisation includes Family Law and Criminal Law. She completed her LL.B from L.R. Law College, Sambalpur in the year 2010. Apart from being a Law Post Graduate, she holds a Masters degree in Economics. She has completed her Masters in Economics in the year 2005 from Gangadhar Meher College, Sambalpur. She has worked as a contractual faculty in the Post Graduate Department of Economics, Gangadhar Meher (Autonomous) College, Sambalpur from January 2009 to March 2013. She had also worked as a Guest Faculty in L.R. Law College, Sambalpur since June 2013 to January 2015. She was allotted to teach Criminal law, Investment Law, Competition Law, Cyber Law and Personal Law. Apart from holding two Post Graduate degrees , she has also completed her Bachelors in Computer Application from Sambalpur University under DDCE. Her area of interest includes Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Code, Personal Law, Constitution, Cyber Law and Law of Torts.

Participated and presented a seminar paper named “Protection Of Geographical Indications Under Indian Agrarian Regime- A Case Study Of Darjeeling Tea” in the National Seminar on Intellectual Property rights conducted by the Post Graduate Department of Law, Sambalpur University on 8th March 2014.
Participated in a One day capacity building workshop on “ Expanding Horizons of Law and agriculture” held in National Law University Odisha on 14th February 2015.
Presented a research paper named “Fault Grounds of Divorce- A Critical Analysis” for the fulfilment of the LL.M course.
Prepared and presented a dissertation named “ A Scenario Of Orissa Tourism- A Case Study Of Obscure Spots in Western Orissa” for the fulfilment of the Masters degree in Economics.
